- Baby care rooms, with changing tables are provided for passengers travelling with young babies. They're available at all times and located on the first floor of departure lounge and arrivals hall.
- Free baggage trolleys are available from designated areas outside the terminal building and within the arrivals hall.
- A Chaplaincy is located on the 1st Floor of the terminal adjacent to Burger King.
- There is a children's play centre in the departure lounge is available for younger passengers.
- Fax and photocopying facilities are available at the Information Desk on the first floor of the terminal building.
- The information desk is located on the first floor of the terminal building landside and is open for all departing and arriving flights.
- Due to security reasons, there is no left luggage service available at Cardiff International Airport.
- Lifts are situated within the check in area for access to the first floor.
- Lost Property items found should be handed to a member of security or to the information desk. Enquiries about lost property should be made to the information desk on: 01446 711111. If property has been left on an aircraft, please contact the relevant airline, tour operator or handling agent.
- With the exclusion of guide dogs, no pets are allowed inside the terminal building. If you wish to take a pet on a flight please contact the relevant airline.
- A post box is situated immediately outside the terminal building. Stamps are available from the World News shop on the first floor.
- Cardiff International Airport operates a no smoking policy.
- Public telephones are available throughout the main terminal and arrivals hall.
- Public toilets can be located on the first floor landside and within the departure lounge. There are also toilets in the arrivals hall.
- There is a tourist board stand in the arrivals hall. This stand offers a wide variety of information and attractions within Wales.
